From the very outset of our vision, partnerships and collaboration have been crucial to our success.

Our work within education sits at the core of everything we do. We’ve worked with over 500 primary, secondary and international schools (state and private) across the UK, prisons, and PRUs, over 12 councils and more than 15,000 teachers in Liverpool, Manchester, Suffolk, London, Brighton, and Wales.
Through our wide-ranging support, from professional CPD for staff and Springboard sessions for students, to curriculum consultations and our National Ambassador Scheme: we’ve helped staff and young people on a journey create environments of critical learning and belonging.
One of our most impactful partnerships is with DARPL in Wales, a leading initiative in Diverse Anti-Racist Professional Learning. This flagship collaboration focuses on learning materials and training. It continues to lead and shape meaningful change across the region.
